Service Description

Private Professor sells practical, professionally written leadership guides delivered digitally. Our library includes guides for community and organizational leaders, sold individually and in bundles, along with free resources.

All guides are delivered as downloadable digital documents (PDF format). Delivery is immediate: download links are shown on the confirmation page after payment and emailed to the address used at checkout.

Purchases and Delivery

You do not need to create an account to purchase guides. Purchases are processed by Stripe, and you must provide a valid email address to receive your download links.

Download links expire after a limited time for security. You may request fresh links for any past purchase from the Support page at no charge.

By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials on Private Professor are the property of Private Professor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own reference and for the organization you serve. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish any guide in whole or in part without written permission.

Guides are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Some guides are produced with the assistance of software tools and are reviewed and edited to meet our editorial standards.

Refund Policy

All purchases of digital documents through Private Professor are final. Each guide's page describes what it contains so you can judge fit before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, such as a broken link or missing file, contact us at support@privateprofessor.com and we will ensure you receive your document.

Limitation of Liability

Private Professor provides guides on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any guide.
